Who We Are
Académie De La Salle Byumba is a Lasallian educational institution dedicated to nurturing students from pre-primary through secondary levels. Established in 2007, our mission is to provide quality education rooted in Christian values, fostering holistic development and preparing students to be responsible global citizens.

Community Engagement
On October 11, 2019, Académie De La Salle Byumba received an official blessing from Most Rev. Servilien Nzakamwita, Bishop of Byumba Diocese. The ceremony, attended by students, parents, local authorities, and De La Salle Brothers, featured a Holy Mass and cultural performances by students. Academic Structure
The school offers a comprehensive curriculum across three educational levels:
- Pre-primary: Foundational education focusing on early childhood development.
- Primary: Core subjects including Mathematics, Languages (Kinyarwanda, English, French), Science, and Social Studies.
- Secondary (O'Level): Advanced instruction preparing students for national examinations and higher education opportunities
